Below are answers to the questions we hear most often — we look forward to having you in for dinner.

◆ HOURS

We are open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday, 5:00pm to 9:30pm.
We are closed Sunday and Monday.

◆ LOCATION & PARKING

SUYO is located at 3475 Main Street, Vancouver, BC V5V 3M9.
Metered parking is available directly in front of SUYO, with non-metered parking on the side streets, or a covered parking garage behind the TD Bank off of 18th.

◆ RESERVATIONS & SEATING POLICIES

We accept online reservations through OpenTable for parties of up to six guests.
Due to limited availability, we ask guests to keep to the following dining times: tables of two, two hours; tables of three to six, two hours and thirty minutes.
For a more leisurely evening, we recommend booking after 7:00pm.
An automatic 20% gratuity is applied to parties of six.
Walk-ins are welcome when space allows.

◆ Cake or other outside food

To ensure the quality, safety, and consistency of your dining experience, we kindly ask that guests do not bring outside food or desserts, including celebration cakes, into the restaurant.

If you’re celebrating a special occasion, we’d be delighted to help make it memorable. Please let us know when making your reservation, and our team will be happy to recommend one of our in-house desserts or discuss any special arrangements that may be available.

◆ LARGE GROUPS & PRIVATE EVENTS

For parties of seven or more, Chef Ricardo curates a Chef's Tasting Menu experience showcasing the best of modern Peruvian cuisine.

◆ DIETARY REQUESTS

Please contact the restaurant directly via email (eat@suyo.ca) to discuss dietary restrictions before your visit, so that we can do our best to accommodate your request. Due to the nature of our menu, we are not always able to accommodate all requests, but will try our best.

Please note that all dietary modification requests are at the discretion of the kitchen, and certain accommodations can be menu dependent.

◆ CANCELLATION POLICY

If you would like to cancel, change, or reschedule your reservation, please do so with at least 24 hours' notice.

Bookings can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours prior to your confirmed booking time through OpenTable.

Any cancellations or changes within 24 hours will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee per person.

We are unable to waive this fee for illness or other circumstances.

◆ DINING WITH CHILDREN

Young guests are always welcome at SUYO. We do not currently offer a children's menu, nor do we have high chairs or booster seats available.

◆ GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift cards are available for purchase online or at the restaurant, and can be used toward dinner at SUYO.
